FTR recently completed the Health, Physical Education, and Fitness Center at Los Angeles Mission College that will be turned over for owner occupation on January 11th, 2010, with an inauguration ceremony scheduled in February. The $37 million dollar, Silver LEED Certified project features a three-court gymnasium, elevated indoor jogging track, extensive fitness/training equipment, cardio/stretching areas, administrative offices, and numerous classrooms. The two-story 90,000 square foot facility will support the campus’ health and physical education programs and is poised to be designated as the premier fitness center in the community.
