Los Alamitos High School

Project consisted of the new construction of a 28-classroom building as part of a campus-wide modernization project. Six classrooms in the new building are utilized as technology centers featuring specialized equipment and computer workstations.

The modernization project provided each building on campus with better infrastructure, new carpeting, tile, lights, wiring, bells, paint, fire alarms, and heating and air conditioning units. The project included additional construction on the media center and administration buildings. Tabletop finishes were installed in classroom and laboratory facilities in the science building, and touchup painting and cleaning was completed in all buildings subject to construction and renovation. The new building opened up space now occupied by portable classrooms and accommodated the rising demand for classes focused on technology and computer programming.
